Meeting and Pot Luck March 14 - Parent Leaders Needed

Meeting and Pot-Luck Dinner this Thursday, March 14 at 6pm
Thinking about getting more involved? Parent leaders are needed for the 2019-2020 school year.  Officer positions will be elected at our April 16 meeting.

President: Lead monthly meetings, primary contact to the principal and community, coordinate work of the committees. Must have attended 2 meetings.

Vice-president: Assist the president, carry out duties of the president in their absence. Must have attended 2 meetings.

Secretary: Record meeting minutes, prepare agendas, handle correspondence, send meeting notices, keep attendance at meetings, keep by-laws and other records of the organization.

Treasurer:  Keep accurate records  of funds, expenditures, and funds received; pay out funds , present regular financial reports, assist with annual audit.

Executive Board: Volunteers are needed for the PTO Executive Board. Officers, principal, teacher representative, LINC representative and grade level representatives make up the executive board. Executive Board members create committees, participate in planning and leading PTO initiatives and events, create standing rules and policies, prepare and submit a budget to the membership, and prepare reports and recommendations to the membership.
